- "Dispatch"
Goods are guaranteed to be dispatched within 3 working days after your order is confirmed and paid. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you by email as soon as possible after receipt of your order and arrange an alternative solution.
If you do not receive your order within 15 working days, please contact us or email us and we will contact you within 24 hours with a solution to the delayed delivery.
- "Returns"
We do everything we can to insure that you are satisfied with the products you received. However, from time to time, problems occur and you may want to return the products for different reasons. Please find a solution below:
Damaged Goods:
- Contact us within 3 days of order receipt, so we know that there is a problem and are able to work out a solution suitable for your incident.
- Always keep the original product package and the shipping packing materials. Those are required by us and the shipping company and the only way credits or replacements can be authorized.
- Shipping charges are not applied to replacement shipments.
Consumable Items:
In order to ensure product quality to our customers we do not accept any returns of consumable items. This includes tea leaves, dry flowers, herbs, and any other item that can be consumed.
Please take the advantage of ordering samples if you are unsure about the items you are interested in.
Non-Consumable Items:
- Contact us within 3 days of order receipt, so that we can arrange a return for you.
- Items that have been used, washed, altered or in any way broken not caused by shipping are not accepted for return.
- The product must be sent back with the original package.
- Customers are responsible for the return postage and the condition of the items. Please pack items carefully!
- Any shipping method is allowed, as long as items get back to us within 4 weeks after return is agreed.
- A refund will be issued after we confirm the returned item.
- The postage fee and shipping charges are not refundable.
Mistakes on Mouyatea's behalf:
Contact us within 3 days of order receipt and we will replace or rectify the mistake immediately.

Postage is calculated according the weight of the order and the destination. We try our best to make sure this is current and accurate but reserve the right to amend if necessary. The shipping estimate tool on the check-out form is only for indicative purpose and pricing can change without notice.
If you already ordered but we have not processed your order yet, we will inform you by email if pricing or availability information changed, and confirm with you before your order is posted out.
