Yellow Tea:
As one of the six varieties Chinese teas, yellow tea is rare compared to the others. Yellow tea usually implies a special tea processing similarly as green tea, but with a slower drying phase. The rubbed tea leaves are allowed to naturally ferment for a longer time and get a yellow color, which is also present in the tea soup. Fine Chinese yellow tea is famous for its yellow soup and yellow leaves.
